  Rather disappointed at the quality of the food. Not sure if it's new recipes or the way they're executed here but... Burger patties didn't taste freshly cooked and the chicken was definitely sitting under a heat lamp.

  I love the auntie Anne's pretzel buns at the other Hardee's, so when i saw this location had opened i was super excited. I was going to make a special trip in the morning to get a pretzel bun sandwich, i tried calling the number listed online to verify they had it and it went straight to a message that there was no voice-mail set up yet. I made the trip on faith they would have it since the other one did, and it was all for nothing. They didn't have them. If they had only answered their phone it would have saved me the gas, time and disappointment. I didn't order anything and just left.

  Lady was unpleasant, even with how much my husband was polite and nice to her. Our sodas were all ice with barely any beverage. My chicken strips were tasty and the curly fries very good. My husband didn't like his double cheese burger. I guess we should be happy it wasn't cold like everyone else was complaining about. We were turned off by the woman's attitude so we won't be going back. Customer service is big. Throw a fake happy face on if you have to.
